We model the project in its context: the slope of the land, neighbouring buildings, access and orientation. That accuracy lets us test several options (roof, massing, position of the extension) and check that the project respects the siting rules of your commune before the planning file is filed.
On a sloping or constrained plot, this stage reveals the sensitive points very early and avoids expensive trade offs once the works have started.
